Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These terms of service (“the terms”) are the agreement between you and RadarCrypto for using the radarcrypto.chat website, including the app (together, “the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

The Risk Disclosure is part of these terms. The Privacy Policy explains what data we process and why; the Cookies page covers what the website stores in your browser, and the Security page covers how we protect the service and where its limits are.

We publish these terms in Spanish and in English. If the two versions ever differ, the Spanish version prevails, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.

2. Who provides the service

The service is provided by the owner of RadarCrypto, referred to in these terms as “RadarCrypto”, “we” or “us”.

For anything related to these terms, email us at info@radarcrypto.fun, in Spanish or English. That address is also our point of contact for authorities and for users under the EU Digital Services Act.

3. The service

RadarCrypto is a chat service for crypto communities that runs in your browser and can be installed as an app. It includes:

• end-to-end encrypted direct messages and groups, plus voice, video and screen-sharing calls;
• public and private channels, with a directory, “Descubrir” (Discover), where public channels can be listed;
• market tools: prices, alerts, token watches, risk analysis, predictions and commands that start with “/”;
• a read-only portfolio view to check Solana and EVM balances, and the Terminal, to buy and sell Solana tokens, mostly memecoins, with your own wallet.

RadarCrypto is free and has no ads. We don’t charge for your account or your messages, and we take no fee on Terminal trades. Trading does have costs that aren’t ours, such as network fees (see section 10).

Some features, such as the Terminal, are still in testing: they may fail more often, change a lot or be removed. More generally, the service may change or become unavailable, as explained in section 13.

For now, the app is only available in Spanish.

4. Eligibility

To use RadarCrypto:

• you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms;
• you must comply with the law that applies to you, including the law of your country, and it’s up to you to check whether you may use the service and its features from there;
• you may not use the crypto features (the portfolio view, the Terminal and person-to-person payments) if you are subject to international sanctions, such as those of the European Union or the United Nations, or if the law that applies to you forbids it.

If you don’t meet these requirements, please don’t use RadarCrypto.

5. Your account and your 12-word key

RadarCrypto doesn’t ask for your phone number or email. Your account is a 12-word key (the app calls it your “frase de recuperación”, or recovery phrase) that’s created on your device. Your Chat ID, the public identifier other people use to add you, is derived from it.

• Only you have it. It’s never sent to our servers and we keep no copy, so we can’t recover or reset it. If you lose it, you lose the account.
• You keep it safe. You’re responsible for storing it securely and for what is done with your account using your key: whoever has it can sign in as you, read your messages and write in your name. The key can’t be changed; if you think someone else knows it, stop using that account, create a new one and let your contacts know.
• The PIN. You can set a PIN or a password to open the app on each device. The PIN encrypts your key on that device, but not your messages. Without a PIN, your key is stored unencrypted in the browser. If you forget the PIN, you can sign in with your 12-word key; the PIN itself can’t be recovered.
• Signing out. Signing out deletes your key from that browser: if you haven’t written it down, you won’t be able to get back in. Signing out doesn’t delete all your data from the browser or from our servers; the Privacy Policy explains this.
• Your conversations live on your devices. We don’t back them up: our server only holds, encrypted and for 7 days at most, what’s on its way to another person or to another of your devices. If you clear your browser data or lose your device without another synced device or a downloaded backup, you’ll lose your conversations, although you can recover the account with your key.

6. Acceptable use

RadarCrypto is for talking, sharing and following the market with respect. You may not use it to:

• do anything illegal, such as sharing child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualizes minors, laundering money, financing terrorism or evading sanctions;
• spread hate, or harass, threaten or intimidate anyone, or publish other people’s personal information without their permission (doxxing);
• scam people: rug pulls, phishing, impersonating RadarCrypto, “Radarcrypto Bot” or other people or projects, posing as support, promoting fake airdrops or giveaways, or tricking anyone into handing over keys, seed phrases or funds;
• manipulate the market: coordinate buying and selling to move a price (pump and dump), spread false or misleading information about a token or a project, or promote securities or crypto-assets in a misleading way, for example without disclosing that you’re being paid to do so;
• send malware or malicious links, spam, or use bots or automation that abuse the service or bother other people;
• attack the service or get around its limits: no denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access, reverse engineering for malicious purposes or tricks to get around usage caps (on messages, requests, files or channels, for example);
• use our infrastructure for other purposes: the TURN server used for calls, link previews and our market and risk APIs are not a proxy or a service for other apps, and you may not scrape their data in bulk;
• infringe other people’s rights, such as their copyrights, trademarks, privacy or image rights.

7. Your content

What you write, send or post on RadarCrypto (messages, files, posts, images, polls…) remains yours.

• Direct messages and groups. They’re end-to-end encrypted: we can’t read their content. Our servers hold them encrypted, when needed, until they’re delivered (7 days at most). The Privacy Policy explains what technical data we do see, such as who sends to whom and when.
• Public channels. What you post in a public channel isn’t encrypted: anyone who has the link or finds the channel in “Descubrir” can read it, even without following it, and so can our server. Each post is linked to the Chat ID of the person who made it, and anyone can look it up. Public channels are listed in “Descubrir” unless their owner turns that off.
• Private channels. They’re encrypted with a key that travels in the invitation link: anyone with the link can read the channel. Our server stores them but can’t read their content. The key can’t be changed: if the link spreads, the only way to cut off access is to delete the channel.

The permission you give us. For the service to work, you allow us to store, copy and transmit your content to the extent technically necessary. In addition, if you post in a public channel, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host that content, reproduce it, adapt it technically to display it on different devices and make it available to anyone who opens the channel, through the link or from “Descubrir”. This license doesn’t let us use it for anything else: not for advertising and not to sell it. It lasts while the content remains posted and, after that, only for as long as it takes to be deleted from our systems, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Your responsibility. You’re responsible for what you post and send, and you confirm that you have the right to share it. When you delete a post or a channel, it stops being shown on RadarCrypto (the Privacy Policy explains what data remains stored), but we can’t delete copies that other people have saved, forwarded or still have in their browser’s cache.

8. Reports and moderation

We don’t review content before it’s posted. Nor can we see direct messages or groups, because they’re end-to-end encrypted.

• Reporting. You can report a channel or a post with the “Denunciar” (Report) option in the app, for example for scams, impersonation or spam. The report doesn’t include your name or your Chat ID, but a hash of your IP address is stored; the Privacy Policy explains this. To report anything else, add more details or get a reply, email us at info@radarcrypto.fun with the link or the Chat ID, what’s happening and why you think it’s illegal or breaks these terms.
• What the app doesn’t allow. You can’t block, mute or report a person. You can decline their friend request (though they can send it again): nobody can message you until you accept, but anyone who knows your Chat ID can still call you. In groups, admins can remove a member.
• What we can do. If something breaks these terms or the law, or if an authority orders us to act, we may remove posts or public channels, remove a channel from “Descubrir”, or stop providing the service, in whole or in part, to an account.
• How we decide. Apart from automatic usage caps (for example, on posts per hour), we don’t use automated systems for moderation: if we act on content or an account, a person makes that decision. If we’re able to contact you, we’ll tell you what we did and why, unless the law or an authority prevents it.

If you think we got it wrong, email us at info@radarcrypto.fun and we’ll take another look. If someone puts your life or safety at risk or commits a crime, please also contact the police or the relevant authorities.

9. Market information, risk analysis, alerts and predictions

RadarCrypto’s prices, charts, trends, lists, risk analyses, alerts, watches, predictions and news are information only. They aren’t financial, tax or legal advice, or a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

• They come from third parties and can be wrong. The data comes from providers such as DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, Helius, pump.fun, CoinGecko and honeypot.is. It may be incomplete, wrong or delayed. The risk analysis is automated and doesn’t catch every trap.
• A good score isn’t a guarantee. A token with a good score can still crash or turn out to be a scam.
• Lists aren’t recommendations. The trends in the chat and the Terminal’s “Impulsados” (Boosted) list are tokens that paid to be promoted on DexScreener, not on RadarCrypto, and the Terminal’s “Tendencia” (Trending) list is GeckoTerminal’s own trending list: being on a list doesn’t mean a token is safe. The “Radarcrypto Noticias” channel automatically posts headlines and summaries from third-party media, with a link to the source, plus market summaries built from third-party data. We don’t write or check that news.
• Alerts aren’t real-time. Price alerts are checked once a minute, and token watches every few minutes. Notifications also depend on our servers and on your browser’s notifications, and there are daily limits.
• Predictions are a game. No money is staked and there are no prizes: just correct calls and a ranking that’s calculated on your device.

What you do with this information is your decision. Before you trade, read the Risk Disclosure.

10. Portfolio and Terminal

Portfolio. You can connect Phantom or Solflare to see your balances: we only read your public address, and you don’t sign anything. You can also follow any Solana or EVM address in read-only mode. To work out balances, our server looks up that address with providers such as Helius, Etherscan or publicnode.

Terminal. It lets you buy and sell Solana tokens with your own wallet (Phantom or Solflare) through Jupiter. This is who does what in each trade:

• Non-custodial. RadarCrypto never holds your funds or your wallet’s keys, and it can’t move anything without your signature. Your funds always stay in your wallet.
• Check before you sign. The transaction is built by Jupiter, and RadarCrypto doesn’t review it before passing it to your wallet. It’s your wallet that shows you what you’re about to sign: check it and, if anything looks wrong, cancel.
• Irreversible. A trade confirmed on-chain can’t be undone, canceled or refunded, by you or by us.
• Fees. RadarCrypto charges no fee. You do pay the Solana network fee, a priority fee that the Terminal caps at 0.001 SOL per trade, the fees of the pools or DEXs on the route and, where applicable, any fees charged by Jupiter or your wallet. We don’t set those.
• No guarantee of price or execution. The quote is only indicative: the final price can vary within the slippage you choose, the trade can fail (and you’d still pay the network fee), and the Terminal may not be available when you need it.
• Your decisions, your taxes. You decide on each trade and are responsible for it, including declaring and paying any taxes due.
• What we’re not. RadarCrypto isn’t an authorized crypto-asset service provider, an exchange or a broker. It doesn’t hold crypto-assets for anyone, doesn’t execute orders on anyone’s behalf and doesn’t give advice.

Before your first trade, the Terminal asks you to tick a risk checkbox. The specific risks (slippage, price impact, bots, scams…) are set out in the Risk Disclosure.

Person-to-person payments

In a chat you can send a card to share your address or to request a payment, with the network, the address and, optionally, the amount, the token and a note. It’s just another message, end-to-end encrypted. RadarCrypto doesn’t process, hold or verify any payment: you send it from your wallet, and it’s a matter between you and the other person. Check the full address and the network in your wallet before sending: a payment sent to the wrong place usually can’t be recovered.

11. Third-party services

RadarCrypto relies on third-party services that we don’t control, each with its own terms and policies:

• your wallet (Phantom or Solflare), which you choose and use yourself;
• Jupiter, which works out routes and prepares Terminal transactions, and the Solana network, with its pools and DEXs;
• data providers such as Helius, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, pump.fun, Etherscan, publicnode, honeypot.is and CoinGecko, and the media outlets whose news we post;
• your browser’s notification services (from Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft), if you turn on notifications;
• the websites that links in the app and in messages lead to, such as block explorers, DEXs or project websites.

We aren’t responsible for how those services work, for their failures or for their content, except as required by law. A token, project or service appearing on RadarCrypto doesn’t mean we’re connected to it or endorse it.

12. Intellectual property

The RadarCrypto brand and logo, and the design and software of the website and the app, belong to the owner of RadarCrypto or to those who license them to us. We give you a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the app for as long as you comply with these terms.

You may not copy, modify or distribute the website or the app except as permitted by law, or use our brand in a way that suggests that a channel, token or project is ours or is endorsed by us.

The app uses third-party open-source components, which are governed by their own licenses. The names and logos of tokens, wallets and other services belong to their respective owners.

13. Availability and changes to the service

We do our best to keep RadarCrypto running well, but we can’t guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors and interruptions. It can fail because of problems on our side, with our hosting provider, with the third parties it depends on or with your connection.

We may change, add or remove features, set or change usage limits, or stop providing the service. If we plan to shut it down or remove an important feature, we’ll try to give you reasonable notice so you can save what you need. Remember that we don’t back up your conversations: if you want to keep them, download an encrypted backup from the app’s settings.

14. Liability

RadarCrypto is free, and we provide it “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantees beyond those required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for:

• your investment decisions or your trades, or what you gain or lose from them;
• errors, delays or failures in prices, analyses, alerts, predictions or news, or in third-party data;
• failures of services we don’t control, such as your wallet, Jupiter, the Solana network, pools or DEXs, or notification services;
• the loss of your 12-word key or your PIN, or of messages and files that were only on your device;
• what other people post or do, unless we know it’s illegal and fail to act promptly to remove it;
• service interruptions.

If we are responsible for something, we’ll be liable for the foreseeable damage that is a direct consequence of our failure.

For your part, if you break these terms or the law and that causes us harm (for example, a claim by someone else over something you posted), you’ll be liable for it in accordance with the law.

15. Suspension and termination

You can stop using RadarCrypto whenever you like, without telling us. There’s no button to delete your account: the Privacy Policy explains how to delete your data from your device and from our servers, and how to ask us to delete anything you can’t delete yourself. If you want to keep your conversations, download a backup from the settings first.

We may suspend or stop providing the service to you, in whole or in part, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or the law, if an authority orders us to, or if it’s necessary to protect other people or the service. We may also shut down the service for everyone, as explained in section 13.

Even after you stop using RadarCrypto or we stop providing the service to you, the parts of these terms that by their nature should continue to apply, such as those on content, liability and governing law, will still apply.

16. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example because of changes to the service or to the law. We’ll always publish the current version on this page, with the date it was last updated.

If a change is significant, we’ll give you reasonable notice before it takes effect, for example with a notice in the app or on this page. If you don’t agree, you can stop using RadarCrypto; if you keep using it after that date, the new terms will apply.

If RadarCrypto passes to another person or company, we may transfer these terms to them, provided your rights aren’t reduced. We’ll say so on this page.

17. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you’re a consumer living in another country, you’re also protected by the mandatory rules of your country of residence, which can’t be excluded by contract.

If you’re a consumer, you can bring your claim before the courts where you live. If you’re not, disputes will go to the Spanish courts that have jurisdiction under the law.

Before going to court, email us at info@radarcrypto.fun and we’ll try to sort it out. You can also contact the consumer authorities or bodies where you live.

If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest will remain in force.

For any questions about these terms, to report content or to make a complaint, email us at info@radarcrypto.fun, in Spanish or English. There’s no support chat inside the app: anyone presenting themselves as “RadarCrypto support” in a chat or a channel isn’t from RadarCrypto.

Never send us your 12-word key: we don’t need it to help you.
